TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By proceeding to make a booking with us, you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms together with our booking confirmation (which may be oral or written) constitute the contract (“the Contract”) between us for the supply of services to you. The Contract shall not be varied in any way whatsoever unless agreed in advance in writing between the parties.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Any new client wishing to book a class must first contact us to arrange an Initial Consultation and Postural Assessment. This is to ensure you are being booked in to the right class for you.

Bookings cannot be made until payment is confirmed.

A binding contract is formed once we accept your offer to make a booking for a class or block of classes. Payment for courses booked must be received within 5 days of your booking. If payment has not been received by this time, Body-Perfect-Pilates reserves the right to release the booking. Due to the exclusivity of the classes, no refund will be given for cancellations or missed classes.

If you are unable to attend any of the classes during the period you have booked, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to enable you to transfer your booking to another class (subject to availability).

You are responsible for checking the details of your booking at each stage of the booking and payment process. If you have any special needs, we ask that you advise us of your requirements by before you make a booking online. You can help us ensure we will be able to meet your needs by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance of the date and time of the first class you wish to book.

If due to medical conditions you need to transfer a booking, fees will be held for up to 6 months.
In the event of a genuine website error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel all confirmed class bookings. In the event or such cancellation our only liability to you shall be to refund the price paid by you for your class booking, or to transfer you to a class at an alternative date and time, whichever you prefer.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

Body Perfect Pilates is not a substitute for medical care, and offers no health warranties or guarantees of any kind. The information provided in these pages is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from your GP or health professional. Body Perfect Pilates is committed to bringing you the most up to date information; however there is no guarantee that the information herein is the most recent with any particular subject.

It is your sole responsibility to check with your doctor or health professional with any concerns regarding any health conditions you may have before starting Pilates classes. While we take every care to ensure safe practice, there are inherent risks in any exercise programme and we accept no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness you incur through taking our classes, or by your failure to notify us of any existing health problems or special needs.

If due to medical conditions you need to transfer a course, an administrative fee of £10 will be applied. Course fees will be held for up to 6 months until an alternative course has been decided upon

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licensed by Body Perfect Pilates. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Body Perfect Pilates. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER

Body Perfect Pilates makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. Body Perfect Pilates shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website or on any website associated with it.

COMPLAINTS HANDLING POLICY

Body Perfect Pilates is committed to effectively, efficiently and fairly handling any complaints about its goods and services.

We recognise that:

Customers have a right to make a complaint;
Complaints offer us the opportunity to gain feedback about our goods and services and improve the way we do business;
We aim to avoid disputes by having an effective communications strategy; and
We must have a procedure for properly handling and recording all customer complaints, which is known to staff and customers.
